Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Business Development Manager to strengthen our partnerships and drive commercial growth in the iGaming industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with providers, aggregators, and partners, ensuring high-quality service and support across all products.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure that all agreed commercial and marketing commitments are fully delivered.
  • Conduct regular invoice reviews and reconciliations to ensure alignment between invoiced amounts and actual consumption.
  • Analyse the market with a focus on cost optimisation, ensuring the best possible quality of service at a competitive price.
  • Identify opportunities throughout the partner lifecycle (e.g. new launches, declining performance, emerging trends) and take proactive actions to drive growth.
  • Continuously monitor market developments, understand emerging trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and coordinate joint campaigns and promotions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely execution, performance tracking, and clear reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its partners, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to agreed processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, maintaining a strong focus on delivering value for both the company and its partners.
  • Represent the company as a knowledgeable and credible ambassador in all partner-facing interactions.

     

Qualifications & Experience


We expect you to bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry in a similar partner- or commercial-focused role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
    Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and similar collaboration tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level).
