Delivery Lead / Engineering Manager to $2500

Procimo builds industrial real-time location systems (RTLS), and machine data integrations across Europe.
 

We are scaling fast and need a Delivery Lead to take ownership of engineering operations and help our teams ship faster with higher quality.

This is a key role — you will work directly with the CEO, Head of Engineering, Tech Leads, and cross-functional teams.

 

What You Will Do

• Own the delivery process across 3 product lines (RTLS, Field, Machine Metrics integrations).
• Run sprints: planning, refinements, standups, retros.
• Ensure tasks are properly defined, scoped, estimated, and unblocked.
• Improve engineering workflow, documentation, and quality gates.
• Coordinate with Product Owner, Solutions Lead, and Tech Leads.
• Build predictable execution and raise risks early.
• Keep developers focused, and remove distractions.
• Monitor progress and prepare weekly delivery updates.
• Manage task lifecycle in ClickUp.

This is not a project management job — it’s engineering delivery.

You won’t write code, but you must deeply understand engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as Delivery Lead, Engineering Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in software.
• Experience with agile processes (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong understanding of engineering workflows (PRs, CI/CD, QA, releases).
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate across distributed teams.
• Comfortable working directly with developers and Tech Leads.
• Strong English (written & spoken).
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Nice to Have

• Experience with IoT, industrial tech, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar PM tools.
• Technical background (QA, dev, or QA automation).
• Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams.
