Senior C++ / C# Developer (offline)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* The task is around pipe inspections via images and 3D modeling.
* Processing of light polarization values to build detailed 3D models of surfaces.
* The goal is to identify abrasions, blisters, corrosion, etc. on the images.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
* Basic understanding of polarity/normal and vector mathematics
* C++/C# and similar programming languages
* Ability to work as part of a fast-paced development team using an AGILE (iterative prototype) approach
* Creative problem-solving
* Experience in image processing, 3D capture/rendering, or related field
* Effective communication skills with follow-up to ensure accuracy of received messages
* Readiness to overlap evening hours (4pm-7pm, Kyiv time)

PREFERRED SKILLS:
* Ability to learn/understand advanced calculus concepts, including vector calculus, surface integrals, Stokes Theorem, dot products, scalar fields, and other 3D surface-related mathematics
* Basic knowledge of physics principles related to electromagnetism and optics
* Advanced degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field
* Understanding and ability to apply computer vision and machine learning techniques.

Work conditions:
* Distributed team: remote work or in any of existing offices: Kyiv, Rivne, Tychy (PL).
* Full-time (40 hours per week).
* Official contract: salary, sick-leave days, holidays, vacations.
* Salary is above a median on the market, but depends on skills.
