Sales Representative (Full-Cycle / 360° Sales)

We’re looking for a driven and confident Sales Representative who can manage the entire sales cycle end-to-end — from generating leads to closing deals. This is a highly hands-on role focused on revenue growth, consistent outreach, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
You will research potential clients, run discovery calls and demos, negotiate pricing, and close contracts independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers across target industries
- Build and maintain a strong outbound pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demos
- Drive deals from first contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Communicate value clearly and confidently to decision-makers
- Manage CRM updates, forecasting, and sales reporting
- Collaborate with marketing on ICP, messaging, and lead-gen improvements
- Track industry trends to uncover new verticals and opportunities
- Work closely with Marketing team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in engaging with senior decision-makers
- Experience in event tech, SaaS, or B2B services is a plus
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools for research and outreach (Clay, Salesloft, Reply.io, etc.)
- Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
