Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an Affiliate & Partnership Manager — a motivated self-starter who wants to learn how partnerships in performance and affiliate marketing really work.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, is curious about digital marketing, and wants to grow into managing global partners, campaigns, and performance metrics.
No prior experience in the industry is required — we value motivation, analytical thinking, and readiness to grow more than your past jobs.
 

What You’ll Do
• Learn how to manage partner and affiliate accounts and run performance campaigns from start to finish.
• Assist with onboarding new partners (advertisers, affiliates, brands).
• Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs and optimize traffic for ROI.
• Communicate with partners in English (email, calls).
• Collaborate with tech, analytics, and operations teams to ensure campaign success.
 

What We’re Looking For
• Intermediate English — must. Upper-Intermediate — preferable.
• No Must prior work experience required; motivation and curiosity are more important.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• A proactive team player eager to learn and grow.
