System Administrator

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist;
  2. Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment;
  3. Proactive, organized, and accountable approach to work;
  4. Keen attention to critical details in daily operations;
  5. Solid knowledge of macOS, Windows, Linux, networking protocols, and VPN;
  6. Understanding of IT infrastructure in companies of 100โ€“200 employees;
  7. Hands-on experience with HelpDesk (Asana), ITIL/CMDB, OKTA, and asset management systems;
  8. English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (communication in tools, with vendors, and documentation).

    Responsibilities:
     

System Administration

  1. Support, configure, and maintain operating systems: macOS, Windows, Linux;
  2. Administer workstations, peripherals, and VPN infrastructure;
  3. Take full ownership of user and corporate equipment (inventory and stock);
  4. Proactively handle non-standard situations and incidents within the scope of system administration;

Security & Access Management

  1. Manage access controls, enforce 2FA, and maintain security policies;
  2. Grant and revoke permissions, conduct audits, and respond to security incidents;

CMDB & Digital Assets

  1. Maintain CMDB and documentation, ensuring data accuracy;

Process Improvement & Collaboration

  1. Optimize onboarding and offboarding processes;
  2. Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal guides, policies, and documentation;
  3. Collaborate closely with TechOps, HR, and Finance teams.
