Senior BI Developer (offline)

Project Description:
Our client is a UK subsidiary of a global financial house working in multiple markets and asset classes.
We are currently looking to expand our Kyiv team developing and supporting a variety of projects and services to a new area. The new project is an ongoing development and support of a data warehouse system based on Microsoft stack.
Our team: Rapidly expanding team in Kyiv developing and supporting a range of client projects and requirements.

Technologies used: Microsoft Azure (IAAS), Microsoft SQL Server (2016), SSAS (Multidimensional & Tabular), SSIS, Control-M
Opportunities: Rapidly growing team with opportunities for working directly with business users, expanding technical and capital markets knowledge, and developing consultancy / soft skills. Successful candidate would join a highly professional client team and would be likely required to travel to London for initial induction.

Responsibilities:
BI development and support.
Communication with IT and business stakeholders on requirements.
Acting as an internal BI SME, provide internal support, guidance & skills growth internally for the BI platform(s).

Mandatory Skills:
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. English level: upper intermediate +.
Overall 5+ years of IT experience with minimum 2 years working as BI developer or BI administrator.
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong Data Warehousing design experience.
SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) experience.
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience.
