Reconciliation Specialist

We`re rapidly growing and inviting Reconciliation Specialist to our team.


Required skills and expertise:
•Commercial experience in similar environments:PSP/fintech/acquiring/processing/merchant;
•Python for reconciliation automation and large dataset processing (pandas/NumPy basic SQL is a plus);
•Excel/Google Sheets: formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), PivotTable, conditional formatting; basic macros/Apps Script is a plus;
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
•English â€” Intermediate (work correspondence/calls);
•Ability to work independently in operational processes, taking ownership of results.

You would be running such tasks as:
•Daily/weekly reconciliation of transactions between external providers, bank statements, processing logs, and internal systems;
•Identifying discrepancies, managing incidents through resolution (root cause analysis, fixing, prevention);
•Preparing final operational/financial reports (including month-end close);
•Automating routine reconciliations/data quality checks (Python, spreadsheet tools);
•Defining reconciliation rules (commissions, exchange rates, holds/reserves, chargebacks), maintaining data quality control points;
•Cross-functional interaction with Finance, BizDev (Account), Risk & Compliance, Support; ensuring SLA compliance;
•Documenting processes, data schemes, and checklists.

Nice to have:
•Direct experience in the fintech industry.
•Knowledge of chargeback/representment/dispute flows, interaction with acquirers and APMs.
•SQL/ETL/BI (Power BI / Looker Studio / Tableau), experience with DWH/API/SFTP.
•VBA / Google Apps Script; Git for script version control.
•Experience with multi-currency reconciliation.
