Junior Sales Manager (Microsoft IT solutions)

Demand for Innoware’s services and Microsoft solutions continues to grow – especially in Ukraine, where businesses are transitioning away from 1C and other russian systems. That’s why we’re expanding our team and inviting an energetic candidate to join us as Junior Sales Manager.
What will your responsibilities include?
- You’ll be selling consulting services for the implementation and support of Microsoft IT solutions. The main focus will be on ERP – comprehensive solutions for automating business processes, which are among the most popular worldwide! Learn more: https://innoware.com/erp-implementation/.
- Your primary lead geography will be Ukraine, and later you’ll expand to EU, UAE, the UK, and the USA.
Your key tasks will include our standard responsibilities for a Sales Manager role. First, you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues, gradually growing and becoming more independent:
- Lead management: handling incoming leads, identifying their needs and expectations, and qualifying them.
- Guiding potential clients from the first call to closing the deal: organizing and coordinating meetings, conducting negotiations, and delivering presentations.
- Document support: preparing commercial proposals, contracts, tender documents, and other paperwork related to the sales process.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Sounds abstract, but it’s truly important and very real 😊
- Strategic and analytical work: contributing to sales and marketing strategies, analyzing the market, and identifying opportunities to promote the company’s services.
What we expect from your experience, interests, and knowledge:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, client support, or marketing (roles such as Sales, Lead Gen, SDR, Sales Support, Pre-Sales, Account Manager, Marketing Specialist, or similar).
- Nice to have (but not required): experience in IT consulting, IT, IoT, or a tech company (ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, SaaS, Telecom, etc.).
- You have a basic understanding of modern business technologies – at least at a theoretical level. After all, you’ll want to be interested in what you’re selling, right? 😉
- You’re motivated to grow as a Sales Manager, improving your skills and taking part in training.
- You’re confident working with Microsoft Office products.
- You speak English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher and fluent in Ukrainian.
- You’ve already earned a university degree or currently completing your Master’s.
- You have strong academic results (80+ points). At Innoware, you’ll learn a lot to become a professional Sales Manager.
