Senior / Lead IT Recruiter (Blockchain / Crypto)

We are looking for a Senior / Lead IT Recruiter with experience in the blockchain / crypto domain who can fully own and scale our hiring function. Your main mission will be to find and close top-tier talent, build a strong candidate pipeline, and develop recruitment processes and structure from scratch. You will work directly with company leadership, represent the company on the market, and gradually build a small recruitment team around you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and closing.
  • Actively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, and other professional platforms and communities.
  • Make sure every candidate, whether hired or not, leaves with a great impression of us.
  • Build and constantly maintain a pool of candidates and run ongoing passive search to cover new and emerging hiring requests.
  • Collaborate closely with CTO/COO/founders to clarify role requirements and prioritize vacancies.
  • Represent and “sell” the company and roles to candidates, clearly communicating our culture, values, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze the IT and crypto labor market, salary ranges, and competitor activity; provide insights and suggestions.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline quality) and improve processes based on data.
  • Create and maintain internal standards and documentation for recruitment processes.
  • Write recruitment-related articles, posts, or case studies to share our experience and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Be proactive in introducing new approaches, tools (including AI), and methods to improve sourcing and selection.
  • Build recruitment structure: set up processes, design methodologies, help hire and mentor additional recruiters in the future.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with a blockchain / crypto domain company or recruiting for Web3 roles.
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT recruiter / talent sourcer (experience in a Senior or Lead role is a strong plus).
  • Understanding of the IT market, salary ranges, competitors, and current market tendencies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Djinni, and other professional platforms.
  • Proven successful experience in full life-cycle recruiting (from intake call to signed offer).
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once, prioritize, and deliver on time.
  • Ability to create sourcing strategies for different roles and generate a steady pipeline for each position.
  • Experience using AI models (ChatGPT or others) for sourcing, screening, communication, or process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you can build trust with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong conversational English (C1 level) for effective communication. Ability to conduct interviews with international applicants fully in English and assess language proficiency when needed.

Soft skills & mindset:

  • Strong ability to understand a person’s “vibe”, soft skills, and culture fit.
  • Ability to understand the philosophy of the company and find employees who match it.
  • Polite, respectful, and friendly with candidates, able to stay professional and kind even in a bad mood or under pressure.
  • Ready to be the “face” of the company for candidates and represent us consistently and clearly.
  • Genuine passion for recruitment. You love being a Recruiter, like talking to people, and enjoy closing roles and improving the process.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with candidate screening optimization using AI tools.
  • Experience writing public content (articles, LinkedIn posts, case studies) about recruitment or hiring practices.
  • Experience introducing new approaches, tools, and methodologies to a recruitment process.

Basic HR experience (not mandatory, but a plus):

  • Participation in onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding processes.
  • Administrative support in HR systems (e.g. PeopleForce: tracking holidays, sick leaves, HR docs).
  • Understanding of the full HR cycle in a company.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Top-market salary, discussed individually based on experience.
  • Fully remote work within GMT—GMT+2.
  • 16 paid working days of annual leave, 8 paid public holidays, and 5 paid sick days per year, plus an additional 15 working days of unpaid leave.
  • English lessons coverage.
  • Bonus system based on performance and closed positions.
  • A flexible, remote-friendly environment with real opportunities to grow into a Lead of the recruitment function and build your own processes and team.
