Middle Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team!
 

At Banza, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can effectively lead IT projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of solutions for our clients. This role combines both operational project leadership and strategic client collaboration.
 

What We’re Looking For:

✔ At least 3 years of experience in IT project management (managing 3-5 projects simultaneously).
✔ Deep understanding of each stage of the Project Life Cycle.
✔ Proven experience in client and team management.
✔ Strong knowledge and practical application of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
✔ Experience with project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence.
✔ Familiarity with at least one of the following systems: ERP, CRM, accounting, document management systems, etc.
✔ English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

✔ Experience working with the Creatio platform.
✔ Knowledge of business process notation.
✔ Project management certifications.

✔ Experience working with clients from African, Asian, and American countries, taking into account the cultural, business, and communication specifics of each region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Create and maintain the project schedule, keeping it up to date and ensuring timely delivery from both the team and the client side.
✔ Manage project timelines, budget, and scope to ensure successful delivery of planned outcomes.
✔ Organize the team’s daily work, plan workloads, and monitor progress, quality, deadlines, and key performance indicators.
✔ Set tasks, manage priorities, and ensure their timely completion by the team.
✔ Work with different types of contracts: Fixed Price, Time & Material, and Outstaff.
✔ Manage risks, handle changes (change requests), and resolve critical and conflict situations throughout the project lifecycle.
✔ Maintain ongoing communication with the client, manage expectations, and contribute to the development of long-term cooperation.
✔ Align project timelines, delivery conditions, and key decisions with the client.
✔ Prepare and maintain project documentation for all major project phases.
✔ Participate in pre-project analysis and work with support contracts for the delivered solution.
✔ Identify the connection between Creatio products and the client’s expected business outcomes.
✔ Foster a psychologically safe environment within the team, motivate team members, and support effective communication.
