LemList Specialist (Cold Email / LinkedIn Outreach Expert)

We are looking for a highly skilled LemList Specialist with deep expertise in managing, optimizing, and scaling cold email and cold LinkedIn campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands deliverability, sequencing, personalization at scale, and outbound automation tools.

What You’ll Do

•  Set up, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns using LemList, including multichannel (email + LinkedIn) flows
• Build, test, and refine sequences to maximize open, reply, and conversion rates
• Manage domain warming, deliverability, inbox rotation, and sender reputation
• Create accurate targeting lists and segment audiences for personalized outreach
• Track performance KPIs, provide weekly reports, and improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with sales and growth teams to align messaging and strategy
• Run A/B tests at scale to identify high-performing templates and touchpoints

You’ll Be a Great Fit If

• Proven experience running large-scale campaigns in LemList
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, DNS configuration, warm-up processes
• Experience with multichannel cold outreach (email + LinkedIn)
• Knowledge of LinkedIn automation best practices & safety protocols
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent written English & ability to craft compelling outreach copy
