Weβre looking for a passionate Product Manager to manage and evolve Hominyx, ensuring the product reaches its full potential.
π€ What We Expect
β 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager (less is fine if youβve worked in a related role β Business Analyst or Project Manager β with deep involvement in product development);
β Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle: from idea and market research to launch, analytics, and optimization;
β Hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, marketing, sales);
β Solid understanding of key product metrics β activation, retention, monetization, unit economics β and experience with tools like Amplitude, Firebase, Appsflyer, or similar;
β Deep customer empathy, with the ability to identify and act on the smallest details to drive meaningful product innovation;
β Ideally, experience with retail or e-commerce products, including sales principles, assortment planning, and pricing strategies.
π‘ What Youβll Do
β Manage the Hominyx product line β an IoT smart home system that integrates a mobile app with connected cameras, motion sensors, and physical devices;
β Define and prioritize feature scope based on business impact and technical feasibility, managing backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release delivery;
β Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and behavioral data analysis to identify growth levers and product optimization opportunities;
β Collaborate with the marketing and analytics teams to refine positioning, optimize user acquisition funnels, and improve conversion metrics;
β Coordinate with external vendors and hardware partners to scale and integrate new Hominyx devices into the product ecosystem;
β Establish measurable OKRs and KPIs, monitor performance dashboards, and drive continuous improvement through data-informed decisions;
β Track and analyze user feedback after launch to identify insights and opportunities for ongoing product improvement.
πͺ Itβs a Plus If You Have
β Good understanding of IoT technologies and exposure to connected hardware such as cameras, sensors, or security systems is a plus;
β Experience in sales processes or collaboration with e-commerce teams would be an advantage;
β Hands-on experience with A/B testing, hypothesis validation, and user flow analysis is highly appreciated;
β Familiarity with B2C mobile products, especially subscription-based models, is considered a plus;
β English β Upper-Intermediate.
