IT Talent Sourcer

We are developing our IT Recruiting team and are now open to cooperation with an experienced IT Talent Sourcer.

Your tasks will include:

• Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements, using various channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal ATS, social networks, Telegram, profile communities and others;
• Initial screening to assess the candidate's compliance with the vacancy requirements and identify key skills and experience;
• Communication with candidates and close cooperation with the Recruiting team/hiring managers;
• Database maintenance: entering candidates in the HRM/ATS system, maintaining current statuses.

To do this, you will need:

• Experience in a Researcher or Sourcer position for at least 1 year (experience in an agency or outstaffing company will be an advantage);
• Understanding of IT roles and technologies;
• Ability to read a job description and highlight keywords for search;
• Practical experience and knowledge of search tools and platforms;
• Ability to build effective communication;
• High level of self-organization and responsibility, analytical thinking and proactivity in work;
• English level - preferably B1.
