We are an outsourcing company partnering with fintech and crypto businesses. Project Manager’s role is a part of a client project specializing in cryptocurrency exchange. You’ll join a product development team.

About the role
 We’re looking for a Junior / Middle Project Manager who will help keep our development team running smoothly — making sure communication is clear, tasks are on track, and the team has everything they need to deliver great results.
 This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing, connecting people, and bringing order to a fast-paced tech environment.

What you’ll do: 

• Daily Coordination: Coordinate the daily work of the development team;

• Planning & Tracking: Support planning, prioritization, and task tracking;

• Communication: Facilitate communication between developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders;

• Delivery Control: Monitor deadlines, dependencies, and blockers;

• Reporting: Prepare status updates and reports for internal and client meetings;

• Process Improvement: Help improve team workflows and delivery processes;

• Requirements: Participate in gathering and clarifying project requirements together with senior team members;

• Documentation: Prepare user guidelines and project documentation;
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ year of experience in project coordination or project management (IT experience preferred);

• Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban);

• Management: Practical experience in project management and SDLC;

• Language: English level B2–C1.

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of cryptocurrency.

• Tools: Experience with task management and project management tools  (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.);

• Soft skills: Self-driven, responsible, flexible, and strong communication skills, proactive mindset.

Nice to have

• Education & Background: Background or courses in business analysis or IT project management;

• Technical Curiosity: Understanding how fintech products are built;
