Your Mission

In this results-oriented role, you'll be the architect of our lead funnel, crafting targeted strategies to attract and convert high-value prospects.

Responsibilities

✔︎ Conduct in-depth research to understand our ICPs thoroughly.

✔︎ Utilize various research methods and tools to gather comprehensive lead lists aligned with our ICPs.

✔︎ Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies across various platforms (email, LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)

✔︎ Craft compelling message sequences tailored to different audiences.

✔︎ Set up and manage high-performing email campaigns.

✔︎ Track the performance of your lead generation campaigns and analyze results.

✔︎ Continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.

✔︎ Craft engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media content) that attracts and educates our target audience.

Must-Haves

➡️ B2+ English proficiency (written & spoken).

➡️ 1+ years of experience in IT lead generation (email, LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).

➡️ Understanding of the web design and development process (a plus).

➡️ Relentless pursuit of excellence and a "never give up" attitude.

➡️ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you're a master listener and storyteller.

➡️ Analytical mind with problem-solving prowess.

➡️ Experience with data research, IA tools, and techniques.
