RNK Health focuses on accessible, science-based OTC health products, supplements, and personalized nutritional recommendations in the US.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Head of User Acquisition to lead, build, and scale user acquisition across multiple AI and Health product lines. This is a senior strategic and hands-on role: you will set acquisition strategy, run campaigns yourself, recruit and manage media buyers, collaborate with product and creative teams, and own acquisition KPIs across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive User Acquisition strategy across multiple brands and product lines.
- Build and lead the UA team (media buyers, analysts, creative producers).
- Own and manage performance KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback windows).
Campaign Management & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, scale, and optimize campaigns across:
- Facebook / Instagram
- TikTok
- Google / YouTube
- Additional paid channels where relevant
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across campaigns and geos.
- Run performance-driven funnel strategies (web β app | web2app | e-commerce).
Creative & Funnel Optimization
- Lead creative testing frameworks (ad concepts, messaging, formats).
- Collaborate closely with creative and product teams on high-impact iterations.
- Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of trends.
Analytics & Growth Strategy
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, CAC, CTR, LTV, CPM, etc.
- Oversee attribution reporting and ensure accurate data insights.
- Continuously identify opportunities for scaling and new channel expansion.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in performance marketing / user acquisition.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Facebook/Meta ads (must).
- Experience scaling budgets and achieving profitable CAC & ROAS.
- Experience with web2app, subscriptions, or e-commerce models β must.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and attribution.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher β required.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in the Health, Wellness, Supplements, or Fitness domain.
- Experience with TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads.
- Ability to use AI tools for creative production.
- Experience working with CRMs (Keap, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Multilingual (English, Ukrainian, Spanish).
