Treasury Manager

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re looking for a Treasury Manager — a proactive and detail-oriented professional.
The main goal of the Treasury Manager is to maintain full financial control and transparency by ensuring timely settlements, accurate reconciliations, and optimal fund distribution across all operational accounts.
 

Your responsibilities will include:
— Commission Control: Monitor and verify commission accuracy across all payment methods; detect anomalies and optimize routing costs.
— Fee & Cost Management: Review fee-to-volume ratios, identify high-cost flows, and collaborate with BizDev and Tech teams to improve efficiency.
— Settlements: Oversee PSP/bank settlements, ensure timely fund flows, and minimize outstanding balances.
— Cash Flow & Liquidity: Manage short- and mid-term liquidity, plan currency conversions, and maintain optimal operational reserves.
— Reconciliation & Invoicing: Ensure accurate reconciliation between PSPs and internal systems; manage invoice receipt and validation.
— Reporting: Deliver regular reports on payment costs, commissions, and settlement KPIs; support budgeting and forecasting.
— Process Improvement: Implement treasury controls and automation; enhance efficiency and risk mitigation.
— Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and BizDev to align treasury operations with company goals.
 

It’s a match if you have:
— 2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or payments, ideally within international or high-volume online businesses.
— Strong understanding of payment providers (PSPs, EMIs, banks), settlement models, commissions, MDR, and rolling reserves.
— Proven experience in reconciliation, balance verification, invoicing, and financial reporting.
— Solid knowledge of cash flow management, liquidity planning, and multi-currency operations.
— Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, visualization); experience with Tableau / Power BI / Looker Studio is a plus.
— Familiarity with payment orchestration platforms (e.g., PaymentIQ, Praxis, BridgerPay, PayAdmit, etc.).
— Awareness of risk control, AML/Compliance standards, and internal financial SOPs.
