CEO (B2B iGaming Platform)
🔴 The Role
We’re building something big — a next-generation B2B iGaming platform under a high-performance venture structure, focused on launching new online casino brands.
As CEO, you’ll have the resources, infrastructure, and freedom to lead the product from concept to profitability — and scale it into a strong, standalone brand within the global iGaming ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the growth strategy for the B2B direction — including product vision, market positioning, and commercial objectives (revenue, profit, geography, and vertical expansion).
- Build and oversee the executive team and key departments — commercial, product, technology, marketing, compliance, and customer success.
Financial Ownership
- Full responsibility for the P&L, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and reporting to shareholders or the board.
- Set and track KPI metrics to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
Partnership Development
- Build and manage the partner ecosystem — game providers, aggregators, payment processors, and B2B operator clients.
- Negotiate and finalize strategic agreements and holding-level contracts.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Oversee regulatory and compliance matters (licenses, AML/KYC, data protection, responsible gaming).
- Establish internal policies and risk management frameworks aligned with international standards.
Market Expansion
- Identify and enter new markets — conduct market analysis, manage localization (languages, currencies, payment methods), and liaise with local regulators and partners.
- Drive international growth and operational excellence across jurisdictions.
Product Development
- Collaborate with the product and tech teams on platform innovation and roadmap execution.
- Enhance platform features such as white-label solutions, aggregation modules, payment systems, and analytics— ensuring competitive advantage and client value.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Represent the brand at industry events, expos, and media.
- Build a strong platform identity and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor iGaming trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously adapt the company’s strategy to remain at the forefront of the industry.
We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience as CEO / COO / Managing Director in B2B or B2C iGaming.
- Strong understanding of iGaming operations, partnerships, compliance, and monetization models.
- Track record of scaling products or platforms internationally.
- Excellent negotiation, financial management, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution and entrepreneurial drive.
