IT Project Manager

We are a full-service UX Design & Software Development Company looking for a proactive and communicative specialist to strengthen our team. We enjoy solving complex challenges, focusing on results, and helping our teammates grow both professionally and personally. Currently we are looking for a IT Project Manager

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as an IT Project Manager;
- English - Advanced/Fluent
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, Scrum & Agile;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to details;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs;
- Ability to think and learn fast, go into details and take ownership of those;
- High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances, and feedback.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project planning, budgeting, execution, and control;
- Maintain constant communication with the client, providing project status updates and resolving project-related issues;
- Analyze project risks and develop plans to mitigate risks and minimize the impact of adverse events on the project;
- Manage the project team, assign tasks, provide support and motivation, coordinate work, and ensure tasks are executed according to project requirements;
- Report on project status and task progress to clients and company management;
- Analyze and improve the processes used in projects to enhance work quality and task efficiency.
