What You’ll Be Doing
Brand & Concept
- Develop brand strategy: mission, values, tone of voice, and positioning.
- Define and analyze target audiences (players, partners, B2B).
- Supervise and refine visual and verbal identity together with the design team.
PR & Marketing Campaigns
- Create creative PR campaigns and collaborations with partners and ambassadors.
- Work with influencers, bloggers, and iGaming media.
- Plan and run contests, raffles, and online/offline events.
Merch
- Develop concept and design of branded merchandise.
- Coordinate work of designers and contractors.
- Participate in limited editions and partner collabs.
Partner Program & Brand Growth
- Promote partner programs across iGaming platforms and media.
- Collaborate with affiliate resources and advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and analyze performance.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience in Brand Management / PR / Marketing (preferably in iGaming). Experience promoting online casinos, betting, or gaming projects is a plus.
Hard Skills
Influencer and affiliate marketing, understanding of product & merch design, project management and coordination, digital marketing tools (SMM, PR, analytics), event management.
Soft Skills
Creativity, strategic mindset, communication, and multitasking. You’re proactive, organized, and love seeing your ideas come to life.
Languages
English (B1 or higher), Russian.
Education / Age
Not crucial — we value results and energy more than formalities.
