Head of Design (offline)

Required skills:
- 1.5+ years of relevant experience with designing large-scale web applications
- Strong skills with Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator
- Experience with Zeplin and Invision
- Experience with prototyping and wireframing (Axure, Invision)
- Analytical skills
- Understanding of business requirements, identify use cases, user flows
- Understanding of Human Interface design principles, knowledge of UI/UX best practices and guidelines
- Design trends awareness

Required English skills:
- At least B2 - Upper Intermediate

As a plus:
- Experience with frontend Js frameworks
- HTML/CSS understanding
- Experience with Scrum

Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, mockups and UI components
- Participate in decision-making processes
- Propose options to solve various needs from the business
- Collaborate with front-end developers
