Senior Full-stack (NodeJS+ReactJS) Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who is capable of working with a back-end to front-end ratio of approximately 60 to 40. This role involves joining a stable project and participating in various stages of development as part of the existing team of Full-Stack Developers.

Who are we looking for?
● A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
● At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Node.js.
● Experience and strong skills with React.
● Proficiency in NestJS.
● Experience in PostgreSQL and Redis.
● Experience in deploying applications in a cloud environment.
● Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools and processes.
● Knowledge of end-to-end testing methodologies using Playwright or Cypress.
● Proactive mindset dedicated to enhancing performance, embracing accountability, and advancing initiatives effectively.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a Full-stack Developer you will:
● Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable code while adhering to best practices in software engineering architecture and processes, including conducting code reviews and unit testing.
● Take responsibility for new features by collaborating with Product Managers to define requirements, design scalable solutions, and iteratively improve them based on user feedback.
● Contribute to the development and maintenance of microservices, aiding in the evolution of the current architecture to enhance scalability and modularity.
● Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software applications that meet both technical and business requirements.
