The Mission

Lead and scale EVE’s go-to-market engine.
You’ll take early, founder-led momentum — hundreds of SMBs on the waitlist and first paying customers and case studies, and turn it into a repeatable, compounding growth system.

What You’ll Do

1. Build and scale the Ggrowth Engine

  • Design and run creative experiments across LinkedIn, email, community, and content to turn awareness into active users.
     
  • Find repeatable motions that make demos and trials flow naturally, not through ads but through storytelling and proof.
     

2. Amplify founder-led momentum

  • Transform founder content, social presence, and thought leadership into scalable growth assets — short videos, carousels, live sessions, and case stories.
     
  • Turn every customer success into the next inbound wave.
     

3. Grow the community and partnerships around EVE

  • Bring together SMB operators, founders, and service businesses exploring AI.
     
  • Build partnerships with complementary tools and ecosystems that share our mission of helping real-world businesses grow.
     

4. Turn data into narrative

  • Use insights from experiments, user behavior, and feedback loops to shape the story — what resonates, what converts, what inspires trust.
     
  • Balance creative instincts with analytical rigor to keep compounding what works.
     

5. Shape the future of AI for SMBs

  • Work directly with the founders on defining our voice, our movement, and our market position.
     
  • Build playbooks others will copy — not just campaigns, but growth systems that scale globally.

     

What You Bring

  • 5–8 years in growth, demand generation, or marketing roles within fast-moving SaaS or product-led startups.
     
  • A record of building things that actually moved the needle — whether community flywheels, outbound systems, or viral content.
     
  • You’re as comfortable in PostHog and HubSpot as you are on camera or in Figma.
     
  • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills — you know how to speak to real people, not just personas.
     
  • Grit, curiosity, and creative speed: you’d rather test an idea tomorrow than plan it for a month.
     
  • Bonus: experience with SMB audiences, AI, or productivity software.
