Senior Affiliate Manager

We’re on the hunt for an Affiliate Manager who thrives on performance, owns the numbers, and knows how to scale traffic at a global level.

You’ll be managing massive budgets - from $200K to $500K+ monthly - across Tier-1 GEOs with CPA rates of $200–250+.

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Full-cycle affiliate management: hunting, negotiating, launching, optimizing, and scaling partnerships.
• Managing high-value contracts and working closely with legal & finance teams.
• Deep involvement in SEO, PPC, Facebook and other channels  channels.
• Entering and testing new traffic sources, running experiments, and scaling what works.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a wide affiliate network.
• Taking ownership: proactive, data-driven, and always aiming for performance growth.
