About the Client & Project
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Data Engineering to turn data into decisions. The client helps global brands and marketing partners drive rapid, scalable growth through performance-based partnerships and cutting-edge technology with a strong emphasis on analytics to fuel smarter business strategy. You’ll leverage Amazon QuickSight, Amazon Redshift, PostgreSQL, and Python to deliver reliable, insightful, and visually compelling reporting.

Tech Stack

• Analytics & BI: Amazon QuickSight, PowerBI
• Data Warehouse / DB: Amazon Redshift, PostgreSQL
• Languages / Analytics: Python, SQL

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive QuickSight dashboards with KPI drill-downs by channel, campaign, market, and audience segment.
• Develop custom Python + SQL analyses and reports to drive deeper insights and automation.
• Deliver end-to-end analytics across:
  • Descriptive: what happened
  • Diagnostic: why it happened
  • Predictive: what will happen next
  • Prescriptive: what actions to take
• Detect and monitor anomalies in key metrics
• Proactively flag risks/opportunities and ensure timely visibility across teams and leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst, with commercial experience working on sales & marketing data on US market
• SQL expertise: complex queries and performance tuning in Amazon Redshift or PostgreSQL.
• Python: data manipulation, statistical analysis, forecasting, and notebooks for reproducible analytics.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+
