As part of the launch of a new project, we are looking for a Middle Project Manager who will play a key role in the product’s launch and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the project roadmap;
• Optimization and automation of processes;
• Resource management and task allocation;
• Maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with requirements;
• Project communication and transparency.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager: at least 2 years, preferably in the iGaming sector — online casino or sports betting;
• Multitasking skills: proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high performance and efficiency;
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies: experience in adapting these frameworks within a team environment, including setting up and optimizing workflows;
• Experience with project management tools: proficient in JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence, and basic knowledge of CRM systems;
• Budget and resource management skills: experience in planning, forecasting, and optimizing resources, with an understanding of financial management principles;
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail: ability to identify and resolve issues at every stage of the project lifecycle;
• Strong communication and leadership skills: capable of motivating the team, conveying information clearly, and coordinating work to achieve results;
• English level B2+: ability to work and communicate effectively with clients and team members in English.
