Business Analyst for EventsManager Team (offline)

We need you to perform and improve:
communication with stakeholders;
investigation of external products;
writing business requirement document (BRD);
decomposition of business requirements;
analyzing integration processes with other products;
creating mockups of interfaces;
own of backlog (user stories and other tasks);
supporting of QA and Developers teams;
systems documentation;

We expect you to have a confident experience on:
collection, analysis, and transition of requirements into the specifications;
analyzing technical contracts (API);
writing technical documentation (BRD), functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases;
good knowledge of software development processes;
knowledge of software products architectures;
ability to fast-learning of new products;
high-level of communication skills;
to have a good eye for detail;
intermediate level in English;
1 year and above Direct & Proven Experience in writing technical documentation such as Business Requirements, Technical designs, Functional/non-functional requirements, user and integration guides, etc;
Writing user stories, use cases;
Ability to learn new products quickly;
Attention to details, design thinking;
Basic knowledge of software products architecture and design;
Basic knowledge of software development processes;
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of the organization, working knowledge of effective interviews techniques

Optional but desirable:

knowledge in gambling or sports gaming;
knowledge in SQL, Mongo, Swagger and Kafka Tools;
