Monitoring data collection, processing, and analysis
Reacting on monitoring alerts due to the severity
Fake positives registration/investigation/improvement (based on expertise)
A preliminary investigation based on received alerts/messages
Incoming requests and service data processing (incl. Warnings, Failed backups, System errors, etc.)
Communication with Support and DevOps teams
Knowledgebase review and population

English: B2
Networks basics
SA background is a plus
Experienced Linux user
IT specialty (students allowed)
An elastic schedule is possible
