UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with 3–5+ years of experience, specializing in desktop application design. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UX principles for complex, data-intensive, or enterprise-level software and can translate user needs into intuitive and visually polished desktop interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and prototype user-friendly, visually appealing desktop application interfaces.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and optimize user workflows.
• Review and refine existing desktop workflows and information architecture to create seamless and efficient user experiences.
• Maintain and evolve a comprehensive design system and reusable UI components for the product ecosystem.
• Stay up to date with modern UX trends and best practices for desktop and data-heavy applications, integrating them into design solutions.
• Present and justify design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Readiness to work from 15:00 till 23:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating desktop or enterprise application design.
• Deep understanding of UI design principles — layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Expertise in Figma (or similar design tools) for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Proven experience with information architecture, structuring data-rich content for intuitive navigation.
• Strong understanding of responsive layouts for desktop environments (not mobile-first).
• Experience conducting user research and applying data insights to design improvements.
• Skilled in maintaining design systems and reusable UI patterns for large-scale products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design choices to cross-functional teams.

Pluses:

• Familiarity with frontend development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience designing for manufacturing, data visualization, or analytical software.
• Background in client-facing collaboration or consulting environments.
