Recruitment Team Lead

An international tech company in the iGaming sector is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to drive effective hiring processes and deliver top talent.
 

Requirements:

• Proven leadership and team management experience (2+ years).
• Solid knowledge of recruitment methodologies, interview processes, candidate evaluation, and feedback delivery.
• Track record of successfully closing roles of different levels of complexity, including executive positions.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools, Jira, Excel, and related systems.
• Excellent communication and business correspondence skills.
• Strategic mindset, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changes.
• Analytical and structured approach to planning and achieving goals.
• Conflict management and team collaboration skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is required.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor recruitment market trends and apply best practices to strengthen team performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of recruiters, fostering cooperation and achievement-oriented culture.
• Set and manage KPIs, offer continuous feedback, and support professional growth.
• Deliver data-driven insights and performance reports to optimize recruitment results.
