About the Role
 

You’ll become the key person connecting customers, the warehouse, and the internal team.

Your task is to ensure that every order moves smoothly from purchase to delivery without errors, and that each customer receives excellent service.
 

This role combines operational and communication tasks — managing orders, coordinating with warehouses, and helping customers solve their issues.

What You’ll Do
 

📦 Fulfillment tasks:
• Monitor Shopify orders to make sure they reach the warehouse on time and are shipped without delays.
• Keep track of stock levels and help update inventory when needed.
• Control the packing and shipping process at the warehouse.
• Track uploading of tracking numbers to ensure every order has an updated delivery status.
 

💬 Customer Support tasks:
• Communicate with customers via email — assist with questions, replacements, and returns.
• Resolve problem situations (damaged products, delays, incorrect addresses, etc.).
• Maintain friendly and professional communication so every customer feels cared for.

Who We’re Looking For
 

English — fluent (B2+)
• Attentive to detail, organized, and stress-resistant.
• Confident working with Google Sheets / Excel.
• Ready to learn new tools (Shopify, CRM systems, etc.).
