DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our growing team and help scale our high-performance, cloud-native platform.
You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining reliable, secure, and automated infrastructure that powers thousands of users around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Frontegg’s high-scale, cloud-native environment on AWS
• Manage and optimize production-grade deployments using Kubernetes, Crossplane, ArgoCD, Helm, Kafka, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, MongoDB, and more
• Develop and implement CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) principles to streamline and scale cloud-based systems
• Lead initiatives to ensure production stability, availability, and reliability (SRE) using observability tools such as OpenTelemetry (Otel), Coralogix, and Grafana
• Configure, enhance, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to quickly troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring peers and promoting best practices in Platform Engineering and DevOps

Required Skills & Experience:

• Cloud-Native Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines in large-scale production environments
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages — Go, Java, C#, JavaScript
• Kubernetes Mastery: Strong understanding of Kubernetes internals, architecture, and management
• Production & Performance Optimization: Familiarity with web/application servers such as Nginx and Node.js
• CI/CD & IaC: Solid experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux) and CI servers (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
