Sales Operations Coordinator

We seek a Sales Operations Coordinator to be at the heart of our sales operations, ensuring the team is supported in a fast-paced, startup environment. Your role will focus on daily tasks that streamline sales activities, emphasizing developing and maintaining efficient processes that can scale as we grow.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Delivery, FinOps) to ensure alignment and support of sales activities.
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and enabling the team to leverage customer information effectively.
  • Assist with the accurate and timely processing of sales orders, ensuring a smooth flow from order entry to fulfillment.
  • Ensure all sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and presentations, are meticulously prepared and maintained. Double-check information for accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage, maintain, and track seasonal sample requests
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve their issues and concerns

     

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in an administrative support capacity or other directly related experience with Sales teams
  • Working experience with Salesforce as a CRM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in a tech company
  • Strong ability to develop, implement, and redefine processes that support scalability and efficiency
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to engage in natural verbal interaction with customers
  • A self-starter and a team player with a positive attitude and result-oriented
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
