Compensation Benefits Analyst

We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.
We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager!
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in C&B focused on job evaluation, salary ranges development;
- Deep knowledge of any grading methodology (Mercer, EY, Hay);
- Experience of participation in salary surveys;
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Spreadsheets: formulas, pivots.
Soft Skills:
- Attentive to details in reports, formulas in files;
- Flexibility, ability to adapt own experience to current business needs;
- Orientation on high quality of tasks performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support in maintaining salary matrices, job grading, and bonus program administration to ensure fairness and market competitiveness;
- Assist in developing salary ranges, job grading, benefits packages, and process automation;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to align C&B programs with company goals and employee needs;
- Perform job evaluations, clarify responsibilities and roles within the company structure;
- Research market salaries using open sources;
- Administer and update grading files.
