Golden Panda Marketing is a performance‑driven affiliate & digital marketing company. We scale D2C e‑commerce offers across Native, Meta, Google & Programmatic - data‑first, fast, creative.

We’re hiring a Web designer who builds high‑converting ads using AI (thumbnails, product visuals, advertorial headers, social image ads, display) - fast, iteratively, and A/B‑test ready. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept & production: Daily production of static creatives for Meta Ads, Google (Demand Gen/Display) and Native.
• Iterate on data: Identify winning angles/hooks, produce systematic variants, and evolve based on KPI learnings.
• Formats & localisation: Deliver all required sizes & ratios. Execute localised versions with correct currency/units with the help of AI.
• Quality & compliance: Respect platform policies and find ways to work with them and clean on‑image claims

• Collaboration: Work closely with media buyers & analysts; document learnings; maintain a structured asset library with clean naming/versioning.

   

Requirements:

• 2+ years in performance design for ads (affiliate/e‑com) with demonstrable winning creatives.
• Solid understanding of CTR/CVR/ROAS, creative fatigue, testing roadmaps, and thumb‑stopper mechanics.
• Design tools: Photoshop/Illustrator, Figma or Canva - quick composites, masking, retouching.
• AI tools: Confident or at least fast learning with Tools like: Midjourney, Canva AI, Firefly,
• Generating servies like n8n, VEO 3, Sora, Archads, and others to design high-performing AI-generated ads. Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI, Ideogram; upscalers (e.g., Topaz/Magnific), etc.
• Workstyle: fast, iterative, organised; strong daily output with quality.
• English fluency. Time overlap with CET required.
• Collaborative mindset - comfortable working closely with media buyers and analysts.
   

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Native Ads (Taboola/Outbrain/MGID/MediaGo) & Social (Meta).
• Advertorial thumbnails, LP hero images, shop asset sets.
• Compliance‑savvy variants for sensitive verticals (e.g., story hints instead of explicit before/after, softened claims, UGC looks creates with AI).
• Strong micro‑copy sense for punchy on‑image hooks.
