Requirements: 

- 3+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to create and manage internal communication strategies for distributed/global teams, including coordination of cross-cultural communication with locally adapted positioning.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise messaging across different formats.
- Experience managing different internal communication channels and maintaining structured, accurate, and up-to-date information.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in messaging.
- Understanding of employee engagement principles and modern internal comms practices.
- Flexible, adaptable mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proactive, ownership-driven approach – bringing ideas, identifying opportunities, and taking initiative beyond routine execution.
- Strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset – looking beyond day-to-day tasks, building scalable communication systems, and regularly testing and optimizing approaches.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain the internal communication strategy and ensure consistent internal positioning across all company locations.
- Plan and execute internal communication projects and campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Provide comprehensive internal communications support for Employer Brand initiatives – from crafting messages to coordinating communication aspects of internal events and related processes.
- Review, maintain, and improve internal communication channels, ensuring information is accurate, structured, and easy to navigate.
- Manage the internal communication calendar and coordinate the flow of messages across teams and regions.
- Create internal content – announcements, guides, FAQs, leadership messages, and digest-style updates.
- Cooperate with leaders and cross-functional teams to support their communication needs and ensure clarity and alignment.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
