Business Developer (B2B)

We are looking for a Business Developer (B2B) who will help us grow corporate partnerships and expand our presence in the Indonesian market.
Your mission:
Develop and execute a strategy to grow B2B partnerships and corporate sales.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct market and customer analytics to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Build and manage the sales funnel: outreach, qualification, offer, closing.
- Create and test scripts and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
- Maintain CRM data and sales metrics to ensure performance visibility.
- Support and develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen JayJay’s brand in the corporate education market.
Cooperate closely with the core teams in Indonesia and Ukraine.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or HR Tech).
- Experience in cold sales, lead generation, and client retention.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Team leadership experience will be a plus.
