We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to play a key role in shaping and driving the people experience at Transcenda. As we continue to grow, this role will lead and enhance our HR operations, ensuring that every stage of the team member lifecycle is smooth, compliant, and aligned with our culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Must haves

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience within IT or technology-driven companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven success in building and improving HR processes that scale with company growth
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, Google Workspace, and AI-powered productivity tools
  • A genuine passion for people, collaboration, and developing an impactful HR career
     

As a plus

  • Formal HR training, certifications, or relevant coursework
  • Experience in software consulting, outsourcing, or service-based environments
  • Familiarity with international HR practices and distributed team structures
     

Key responsibilities

  • Drive and continuously improve day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless execution across the team member lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, local regulations, and internal policies, providing tailored, context-driven guidance to managers and team members
  • Partner with leadership to implement HR initiatives that support company goals, engagement, and culture
  • Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date team member data within HRIS systems
  • Manage and enhance internal HR communications to keep team members informed, connected, and aligned
  • Provide thoughtful, practical HR counsel to managers and team members, helping to resolve people-related issues efficiently and constructively
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
  • Support and lead HR-related programs, initiatives, and engagement events that strengthen team member experience
