Strong Junior UI/UX Designer (offline)

Key Responsibilities

Produce interface designs ranging from wire-frames to high fidelity mock-ups based on feature request from the Product Owner
Describe user stories with acceptance criteria that are consistent with our application, style and guidelines
Develop interactive prototypes quickly and resourcefully that can be tested by users or presented to stakeholders and teammates for feedback and directions
Research UX features and maintain a complete understanding of our online product
Create videos to demonstrate how future features will work
Manage the application's UI and UX Library
Review applied features on each sprint and before each deployment
Provide feedback based on the stories to developers after your review
Assist in the process of managing user suggestions
Assist on the sneak peek process, developing presentations and handing out designs and videos to the communication team
Help making interview and organize user feedback meetings
Produce graphic materials of the application roadmap for marketing purposes

Required Qualifications

Very good oral and written communication in English
Have a solid understanding of color, grid, and composition
Have at least some experience in UX design
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Sketch
Ability to take direction, but still be self-driven and comfortable communicating ideas and points of view

Considered as advantage

A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX design principles for web and/or mobile platforms
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Sketch in the creation of wire-frames and/or high fidelity mock-ups
knowledge of prototyping tools such as Invision or UXPin
Have an understanding of the user-centered design process

We expect you to work full time from our office in Podil, Kyiv.
