Technical Support Specialist — Night Shift (Kazakhstan-based) to $1000

Today, we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist (L1–L2) to join our Support team during night shifts and ensure seamless operations for our merchants across multiple GEOs.
Your Mission
As a Technical Support Specialist (L1–L2), you will safeguard the stability of our payment infrastructure during night hours, ensuring timely reaction to incidents, smooth payment processing, and high-quality communication with merchants.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor the health of payment gateways and services (Grafana, internal dashboards, Telegram bots).
- React to incidents: logging, initial diagnostics, escalation to L2 or development.
- Handle merchant tickets and requests via Yougile / Telegram / e-mail.
- Validate API requests and response logs; perform basic technical checks.
- Control payment flow, track statuses, notifications, and routing.
- Execute standard operational procedures: creating entities, configuring routes, verifying limits, access, statuses.
- Participate in testing of system updates and improvements.
- Maintain and update the internal knowledge base (case descriptions, instructions).
- Ensure professional internal communication: clarity, accuracy, and structure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Education:
- Higher education (technical or related preferred).
- Experience in technical support or monitoring is a strong plus.
Technical Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of payment systems, API, JSON, logs.
- Ability to diagnose issues using logs and metrics.
- Confident use of Slack, Telegram, and HelpDesk systems.
- English: able to read technical documentation.
Mindset:
- Responsible, attentive to detail, stress-resistant.
- Comfortable working night shifts (2/2).
- Fast learner with a proactive approach.
