We are inviting you to become a part of our company as a Recruiter!
The primary mission is to ensure the rapid and high-quality closure of open positions within GotYourBack Support. This includes maintaining an efficient Candidate Journey and dedicated, accurate administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Full-Cycle Recruitment (The Core Focus):
- Independently manage the full recruitment cycle with a target of 10-15+ successful closures per month.
- Conduct all necessary interview stages (from screening to final) for managed positions.
- Coordinate interaction with Hiring Managers, refine candidate profiles, and finalize employment offers and negotiations.
Provide transparent, timely, and high-quality feedback to all candidates to ensure an excellent Candidate Experience.
2. Administration and Optimization:
- Take full responsibility for managing and updating the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring data integrity, cleanliness, and completeness.
- Design, post, and update vacancies across all relevant job boards and platforms.
Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics for mass positions (time-to-hire, conversion, etc.) and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
3. Collaboration and Team Support:
- Work closely with the Talent Sourcer to ensure a stable and high-quality incoming candidate flow.
Collaborate with the HR Specialist to ensure a smooth and seamless Onboarding transition for all hired employees.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on mass or high-volume operational roles;
- Proven ability to manage a large pipeline and successfully close 10+ vacancies per month;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level is mandatory);
- High capacity for operational execution and commitment to short time-to-hire metrics;
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially regarding ATS data management;
- Proficiency in ATS or CRM systems;
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
