Head of Social Media and Brand Ecosystem

About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Head of Social Media to lead the entire digital presence of a fast-growing international group that operates across fintech, HR, real estate, and technology ventures — including Rafo-b, ISR Works, Milka Pay, Stornos HR, and ChinaComming.

This is a senior executive position, responsible for managing strategy, budgets, creative direction, and cross-brand synergy.


You will not only oversee social media content — you’ll build and lead the full social media department, define brand tone across regions, and drive measurable growth through smart, data-driven storytelling.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for the entire group, aligning all brand communications under one ecosystem.
  • Manage annual marketing budgets across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
  • Build, hire, and lead a global team of content creators, designers, editors, and ad specialists (including remote contractors).
  • Oversee all paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Establish a strong influencer and ambassador network across Eastern Europe and Asia.
  • Monitor analytics and deliver monthly executive reports on ROI, engagement, and growth.
  • Collaborate directly with company founders and executives on brand positioning and digital identity.
  • Maintain consistent brand architecture across all sub-brands (style, tone, visuals, and audience segmentation).

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing at a strategic or leadership level.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets and cross-brand portfolios.
  • Experience working with multinational teams and remote creative talent.
  • Mastery of TikTok, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Studio.
  • Fluent in English (required); Ukrainian or Russian (strong advantage).
  • Strong understanding of multicultural audiences — especially Eastern Europe and Asia.
  • High creative intelligence combined with a data-driven mindset and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

KPIs (First 6 Months):

  • Build a team of minimum 4 core specialists under your leadership.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with measurable growth targets.
  • Launch two international brand campaigns (TikTok + Instagram).
  • Implement a real-time social media analytics dashboard.

 

Location: Remote / Hybrid (EU time zone preferred)
Language: English (Ukrainian is a plus)
