QA Lead

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading technical meetups and discussions within the QA team;
  • Building and improving the QA department, taking ownership of quality assurance processes;
  • Collaborating with other QA engineers on day-to-day testing tasks, contributing as an active team member;
  • Establishing and optimizing QA workflows to ensure product reliability and performance;
  • Actively participating in the automation process, utilizing your technical skills to drive improvements;
  • Mentoring and guiding less experienced QA specialists, helping them grow professionally;
  • Providing strategic input to continuously improve testing methodologies and tools.

What we expect from you:
  • Proven experience in testing iOS/Android applications, CRM systems, and performing cross-browser and cross-platform testing;
  • English level: B2+;
  • Basic background/knowledge of Automatization;
  • Experience in writing comprehensive test documentation (test plans, test cases, bug reports, etc.);
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a QA team;
  • Ability to organize an efficient QA process and ensure high product quality;
  • Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks for automation;
  • Willingness to mentor junior team members and share knowledge with the team.
