WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Finance and Legal team management. 
  Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning & Analysis. 
  Coordinate the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and regular rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and variances reporting. 
  Analysis of reports and financial indicators, on the basis of which growth points and/or risks can be reasonably determined.
• Financial Management Reporting. 
  Organization of verified, complete and timely financial management accounting, implementation quality control over financial transactions and reporting. 
  Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial management reporting for all stakeholders: team leads, shareholders and management board. 
  Review and analyze the financial statements of the company, highlighting group financial performance and risks.
• Stakeholder management. 
  Manage relationships with financial institutions, banks, payment providers, auditors and shareholders, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Cash Management and Capital Allocation.
  Oversee treasury functions, including effective cash management and strategic capital allocation. 
  Manage and diversify financial flows.
  Ensure uninterrupted financial flows. 
  Cross-Border Financial Flows.
• Corporate structure and tax optimization. 
  Strategically structure the corporate framework and individual companies, considering payment dynamics and tax optimization.
• Legal management. 
  Contract Management.
  Corporate Governance and Legal Structuring. 
  Licensing & Certification. 
  KYC & AML.
  Intellectual Property Protection.
  Employment Law Matters.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related fields/ MBA or advanced finance-related degree is preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar practical experience, preferably in an iGaming or IT industryenvironment. This experience should encompass a solid understanding of financial processes within a

  tech company.

• Track record as CFO / Head of Finance (3+ years).
• Experience in affiliate marketing or gambling/igaming area, banking & credit, card payments (issuing and/or acquiring), investments.
• Strong knowledge of PSP, international taxes, experience in tax planning and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in financial management, investment strategies, tax optimization, and compliance.
• Knowledge and experience with accounting software/ ERP systems (1C, BAS, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, etc).
