HR Finance Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Finance Operations Specialist to support budgeting, payments, and reporting processes across our HR function.

 

Job Description

  • Processing HR-related payments in 1C;
  • Collecting and verifying primary data for reporting;
  • Preparing monthly plan vs. actual analysis within the area of responsibility;
  • Participating in quarterly budgeting preparation;
  • Supporting the calculation and monitoring of the HR budget (20+ departments, 20+ expense categories);
  • Preparing forecasts and analytics for monthly reports;
  • Automating spreadsheets and improving calculation processes;
  • Collaborating with the Finance and HR teams to align payments and optimize expenses.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial planning or budgeting (experience in the HR domain will be an advantage);
  • Proficient user of Excel and financial systems;
  • Hands-on experience with 1C / 1C ZUP;
  • Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with large datasets;
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. HiBob is a plus).
