Head of Product
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead the product direction of our iGaming platform. You’ll be responsible for defining and executing product strategy, driving growth, and ensuring world-class user experience across all products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the full product lifecycle — from idea to launch and scaling.
- Analyze iGaming market trends and competitors to apply best practices.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams: product managers, designers, analysts.
- Optimize UX/UI to improve LTV, Retention, and GGR.
- Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and BI teams.
- Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and make data-driven product decisions.
- Implement new gaming mechanics, bonus systems, payment solutions, and product features.
- Manage P&L and product budgets to ensure profitability.
- Scale and enhance platforms by adopting innovative technologies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming (casino, betting) as Head of Product or Senior Product Manager.
- Deep understanding of the iGaming market, user behavior, and monetization models.
- Solid experience in product analytics, UX research, and A/B testing.
- Proven record of managing cross-functional teams and Agile processes.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Experience launching innovative features that directly improve key metrics.
