Regional Marketing Manager (LATAM)

Our client is an NDA iGaming Brand that has been holding a leading position in global markets for over six years. The platform operates across multiple regions, with the current main focus on Latin America and Canada, and plans for further expansion into new GEOs.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager (LatAm) to lead the launch and development of the marketing strategy 
You’ll have the freedom to take initiative and the full support of the business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
  • Proven experience managing marketing in the LATAM region
  • Knowledge of local payment methods 
  • Strong analytical skills: data collection, interpretation, presentation, and decision-making
  • Understanding of basic unit economics and the ability to influence key metrics
  • Understanding of basic legal/compliance requirements in the region
  • Proactivity and ability to work in an environment of uncertainty
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate partners and teams
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
  • Flexibility and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for one of the Latin American countries, focusing on acquisition & retention
  • Manage local media campaigns (online + offline)
  • Oversee P&L performance for the assigned GEO and ensure KPI delivery
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local affiliates, influencers, and media
  • Coordinate cross-functional work with Product, CRM, Brand, Compliance, Payments, Affiliate, and Media Buying teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and local regulatory changes
