HR Operations

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of contracts and HR documentation.
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure proper documentation filing.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and employee record updates.
  • Communicate with team members regarding documentation when required.
  • Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Student of Law (from 2nd year and above).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with documents.
  • Good written skills in English (B2 or higher).
  • Proactive, organized, and responsible approach to work.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
