Recruitment Lead

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to drive our talent acquisition strategy and lead the recruitment team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring best practices are followed, team performance goals are met, and continuous development is encouraged
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent globally, focusing on roles across various levels, from junior specialists to C-level executives
  • Independently manage and close high-level vacancies, focusing on executive and senior-level positions while ensuring the team effectively handles hiring across all other levels.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights on hiring trends, process efficiency, and areas for improvement
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to pre-onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, aligning recruitment efforts with business needs and advising on hiring decisions
  • Enhance employer branding by maintaining and growing the company’s corporate presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Optimize recruitment tools and methodologies, leveraging advanced search techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray, Headhunting, Amazing Hiring) to find top talent efficiently
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet future hiring needs


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in the IT sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing recruiters
  • Ability to adapt communication styles when working with hiring managers at different levels, including C-level executives
  • Proven ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
  • Deep understanding of best practices and innovative recruitment methods
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms such as Jira, Confluence, People Force, Slack, LinkedIn
  • Experience in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in IT technical terminology, platforms, frameworks, and languages
  • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
  • Key human skills: business-oriented mindset, proactiveness, adaptability, multitasking ability, flexibility and result-oriented approach.
